This year has rocked music in ways we haven't seen before. Tours and shows cancelled, releases cycles restructured, live performance taken to the screen, and a whole lot of unknowns about the future of music. We have brought together a bunch of expert Artist Managers to discuss the learnings from this year, and share their advice for reimagining your future as an independent musician heading into 2021.
Music Victoria launched a brand new program for artists this year called the Artist Consultancy Program. The expert Artist Managers involved in the program will feature on this panel: Alastair Burns (Heartstop Music), Amy Laidlaw (I Hear Django) and Michael Parisi (Michael Parisi Management). Greg Carey from the AAM (Association of Artist Managers) will moderate the discussion.
