Terms and Conditions: Member Insights Survey Prize Draw

  1. Promoter Information: This promotion is managed by Contemporary Music Victoria Inc. (“Music Victoria”), ABN 45 420 531 232, located at 1/35 Johnston Street, Collingwood, Victoria, 3066.
  2. Acceptance of Terms: By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Eligibility Criteria: Entry is free (excluding internet access costs) and open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
  4. Ineligible Participants: Employees, contractors, and their immediate families of Music Victoria and its affiliated entities are not eligible to enter.
  5. Residency Requirement: This promotion is open exclusively to residents of Australia.
  6. Promotion Period: Entries will be accepted from 12:00 PM AEDT on Wednesday 19 November 2025, until 11:59 AM AEST on Friday 28 November 2024.
  7. How to Enter: Participants can enter by filling out their details upon completion of the 2025 Member Insights Survey. Once the survey is submitted, respondents will be promoted to fill out an additional form to enter the prize draw.
  8. Game of Chance: Winners will be selected at random; this promotion is purely a game of chance.
  9. Draw Details: The random draw will take place on Monday 1 December 2025 at Collingwood Yards, 35 Johnston Street, Collingwood. Please note that the draw will not be open to the public.
  10. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via email by 5:00 PM AEST on Monday 1 December 2025. Winners must respond within three (3) business days to claim their prize; otherwise, they forfeit the prize. Winner will be announced publicly by 5:00 PM AEST on Friday, 5 December 2025.
  11. Second Chance Draw: If the initial winner cannot be contacted, a second draw will occur at 9:00 AM AEST on Friday, 22 November 2024, at the same location. The second-chance winner(s) will be notified by 5:00 PM AEST on the same day via email.
  12. Prize Details: The prize consists of:
  • 2x $50 vouchers food and beverages voucher for The Corner Hotel
  • 2x $50 vouchers for Found Sound
  • 2x $50 vouchers for Record Paradise
  • 2x $50 vouchers for The Bergy Seltzer
  • 2x $50 vouchers for Wah Wah Records
  1. Total Prize Value: The total prize pool is valued at AUD $500, inclusive of GST.
  2. Delivery: Prize will be delivered via email.
  3. Proof of age: The winner must provide valid ID proving they are 18 or older before receiving the prize and may be requested to present this upon delivery of the voucher.
  4. Prize Conditions: Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash. The prize must be accepted as awarded, with no substitutions unless specified. These terms do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
  5. Disputes and Final Decision: Music Victoria reserves the right to resolve any disputes or unforeseen issues as they see fit, with decisions being final and binding. No further correspondence will be entertained. Music Victoria also reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  6. Entry Validity: Music Victoria is not responsible for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected, or illegible entries.
  7. Liability Exclusion: Music Victoria is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by any entrant or winner, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
  8. Technical Issues: Music Victoria is not responsible for any entries lost or corrupted due to internet or telecommunications issues. Automated entries or those deemed to be spamming will be disqualified.
  9. Promotion Interruption: Should the promotion be interrupted or tampered with due to unauthorized intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond Music Victoria’s control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion, subject to legal obligations.
  10. Intellectual Property: By entering, participants grant Music Victoria a non-exclusive license to use their entry content for any purpose, including modification, without compensation. Entrants waive any moral rights and agree to any future documentation requests to enforce this clause.
  11. Privacy Policy: Entrants’ information is collected for the purpose of this promotion and is governed by Music Victoria’s Privacy Policy.
  12. Winner Disclosure: Winners consent to their identities being published in promotional materials.
  13. Social Media Platforms: This promotion may be advertised on platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X or LinkedIn. By entering, participants acknowledge that the promotion is not sponsored or endorsed by these platforms and release them from any liability related to the promotion.
