Music Victoria 2025 Annual General Meeting

Dear Members,

Music Victoria’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a key part of our governance as a not-for-profit incorporated association. Each year, we report to our members on the organisation’s activities and financial performance from the previous year.

At the AGM, we will:

• Present the 2024–25 Annual Report (covering 1 July 2024 – 30 June 2025)

• Share the 2025FY Audited Financial Statements

• Hold elections for the Music Victoria Board of Directors

The 2025 Annual General Meeting of Contemporary Music Victoria Inc. (Music Victoria) will be held at 6.00pm on Wednesday 3 December 2025 at Lulie Tavern and online. This is a members-only event.

• Current members can RSVP to attend the AGM here.

We also invite members to attend an online information session, “What It’s Like to Be on a Board,” at 6.00pm on Tuesday 11 November 2025.

Members interested in joining the Music Victoria Board are encouraged to submit a nomination by 5.00pm on Tuesday 18 November 2025. Please note that nominations must be endorsed by two other current members.

Further details about voting procedures, including options for those unable to attend the AGM in person, will be shared closer to the date.
