Announcing Music Victoria’s Regional Members’ Desk at Collingwood Yards!

Music Victoria is excited to announce the Regional Members’ Desk, a free workspace for regional artists, managers and music workers to utilise when in Melbourne.

Designed to better support regional workers, Music Victoria members (Essentials and above) will have access to a dedicated Regional Desk space at our Collingwood Yards office.

We know that working regionally can come with unique challenges, especially when you’re travelling to Melbourne for meetings, writing sessions, shows, grant work, admin, or industry catchups. Sometimes you just need a quiet, reliable spot to work for a few hours.

So, we’ve created one.

What is the Members' Regional Desk?

A free, bookable workspace for artists, managers, crews, educators, and music workers who live regionally and need a place to land while in Melbourne.

When can I use it?

Anytime during Music Victoria office hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) by prior appointment.

Use it for:

• Grant writing
• Meeting prep
• Emails/admin
• Project planning
• Connecting with the MV team
• Or simply having a base between sessions or shows
